I too am sometimes getting this message 'Object Label Badly Formatted' when downloading files from the IMMediateTransactions web site. I found a way to avoid this problem by saving the file to my hard disk first and then opening on my local computer. I found some information on the web on this issue which might be useful to you:

Error Message - "Object Label Badly Formatted" This error message may appear when you attempt to open a PDF file/form when using Acrobat Reader version 5. The file/form will not open after this message appears. There are two options to solve this problem:
* (1) Uncheck the "Allow Fast Web View" option: Prefs > General > Options > Allow Fast Web View. This should make the error go away, although viewing of the PDF will be slower.
* (2) Uninstall Acrobat Reader 5, and install Acrobat Reader 4. Version 4 is available for download at

Issue: Trying to view a PDF in a browser results in the error "Object Label Badly Formatted".
Solution: If you get this error using different browsers and/or different operating systems, it is likely to be caused by the web server trying to serve the PDF. This error occurs when an object in the PDF is incomplete or missing some key element. In this case, it could be caused by the web server not downloading enough of the object to make it usable. This is usually caused by incorrect byte serving of the PDF. If you turn off byte range requests in Acrobat (Prefs->General,Options->Allow Fast Web View) it should make the error go away, although viewing of the PDF will be slower.

Simon, Just tried the updated web page - exactly the same problem when going from the link on the IMM pages, but worked OK when I went direct to
